On a higher level is a private, secure hexagonal swimming pool (9 x 5 m, heatable between May and September), surrounded by a magnificent, well-equipped terrace. Here, too, you can enjoy the view.
The villa consists of a main house and a separate studio located behind it.
The main house features a comfortable living/dining room with sitting area, dining table and flat-screen TV, and large windows to enjoy sunrise and sunset. The adjacent open kitchen is fully equipped and also adjoins the covered terrace where the gas barbecue and sun loungers are located. In addition, there's a spacious bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Up a few steps, you'll reach the pretty studio with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and a well-equipped bathroom.
At the bottom of the estate are the 2 garages, where there's an extra fridge and washing machine.
The swimming pool can also be heated outside of high season. Depending on consumption, a supplement of maximum €140/week may be charged.
