EXPLICIT CONFIRMATION AFTER BOOKING
As soon as a booking is confirmed, CasaBooking sends a first message to the guest.
This message clearly restates the property rules and emphasises the importance of respecting them. It also allows us to verify that the stay matches the intended use of the property.
We also inform the guest that they can cancel free of charge if they realise they were not aware of certain important rules. This simple step helps avoid the vast majority of misunderstandings.
GUEST PROFILE VERIFICATION
Every booking is subject to a careful review of the guest's profile on the platforms.
We analyse in particular:
- reviews left by previous hosts,
- stay history,
- the quality of comments.

- a message on the day of arrival reminding guests of the essential house rules,
- a message before departure indicating the few actions to take before leaving the property.
These simple reminders contribute greatly to keeping properties in excellent condition and avoiding oversights.
A SECURITY DEPOSIT TAILORED TO EACH PROPERTY
CasaBooking also ensures that an appropriate security deposit is requested for each stay.
The amount is determined based on:
- the type of property,
- its capacity,
- its level of equipment,
- and in agreement with the owner.
This security deposit acts as an effective deterrent and helps make guests more accountable.
