The space
The 50m² apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old renovated sheepfold. It has been carefully designed to guarantee your comfort and can accommodate up to 4 people. You will find a fully equipped and spacious living room with a sofa bed for two people, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
The wooden furniture gives a warm and authentic atmosphere to the space.
To make your stay even more pleasant, we provide free laundry and a baby cot for children.
Guest access
If you plan to stay in large numbers, you have the possibility of renting our second apartment “CASA Moissiere”, located in the same building as “CASA Piolit”. This will allow you to stay up to 8 people in the same place.
You can park your vehicle in complete safety thanks to our private and free outdoor parking.
The apartment provides access to an outdoor garden.
In addition, a closed interior space is also at your disposal for those who wish to park bicycles and motorcycles, providing shelter for two-wheel enthusiasts.

The neighborhood
Located in the heart of the Avance valley, Les Borels also offers easy access to local attractions, in summer and winter: Lake Serre-Ponçon (15 min by car) for water sports and beaches, ski resorts (25 min by car) in the Gapençais, Champsaur and Embrunais valleys for winter sports (alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowshoeing, etc.), the Chorges market (10 min by car) to taste local products or the Tallard aerodrome (25 min by car) for aerial activities (sticky, parachuting, etc.), as well as the urban amenities of Gap (10 min by car for shops, services , public facilities, etc.).
Just a 5-minute walk from the apartment you will find a local brasserie, Le Relais du Sapet, ideal for sampling regional dishes or simply relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring.

- Towel kit: €7 (1 bath towel + 1 hand towel + 1 bath mat).
- Double sheet kit: €18 (1 double sheet + 1 double duvet cover + 2 pillowcases).
