The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with separate toilets. There are fans in all bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator. There are beach chairs and 2 bicycles.
The house is non-smoking.
- It is located next to the quiet Cannes railway line, trains do not run in the evening after 10 p.m.
- The house is not suitable for young children because of the stairs.

Bordering the very glamorous city of Cannes, Mandelieu-la-Napoule is a very popular tourist destination on the Côte d'Azur.
